About Us
The owners and executive team members of Mizmore Music Concert and Rehearsal Studios are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable experts in the music business. For nearly half a century, they have worked with some of the biggest names in music. Committed to helping their clients achieve their goals, the Mizmore team has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. Headed by Managing and Artistic Director Darrell Robinson, Jr., our leadership is committed to inspiring and growing audiences for all music types through performances, education, industry and other events. Darrell’s global experience as a musician, producer, hit songwriter and musical director has helped propel Mizmore Music properties to the forefront.

Theater History
The theater was built in 1936 and officially opened as The President Theater, which had a forty year run to the mid 1970s. In 1995, it was used as a location in the Al Pacino film, “Two Bits,” set to resemble its 1930 era appearance.
Yesha acquired the property in the early 2000s to expand their community development efforts and extend entertainment industry opportunities for performance, education and advocacy. The edifice maintains its landmark exterior, however, the interior has been modernized to include state-of-art technology at industry standard, including three recording studios, transformational event and performance space, dressing rooms, full service kitchen and high tech sound and lighting design.
